FAULTY / BROKEN DEVICE NEEDING REPAIR?

*Please note that by completing the above information you acknowledge the following:
– Device repair is subject to collection, assessment and warranty terms and conditions which can be found on www.vodacom.co.za
– Any device that is either, out of warranty, physically damaged, liquid damaged or similar will be quoted for and will only be repaired once payment has been received
– All repairs take 7-21 working days depending on parts availability and other factors
– Any unanswered quote will automatically trigger the device to be sent back to you after 2 working days
– Device repairs will come with an additional 3 months warranty from date of repair subject to Ts and Cs above.
– Any information on the device may get removed if it is needed for repair. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is backed up before you send it in for repairs.
