BLACKLIST THE DEVICE
Email us to blacklist your device. This blocks the device and prevents it from being used by someone else.

SUBMIT A CLAIM
Email us and we will connect you with one of our agents to Submit your Claim.

PAY THE EXCESS AND GET A NEW DEVICE
If your claim is approved, you pay an excess fee (Normally 15% of claim value excl betterment if any). We then replace your device with a new device of the same or similar type.
*The whole process usually takes around 48h (Excl. Sundays and Public holidays) depending on stock availability.
